CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS - (DEC. 22, 2012 - JAN. 6, 2013) - $1500.00 DAY + 16% TAX

*Additional staff and chef service is required with more than 6 guests, pricing upon request

***The staff is off work on Sundays and Holidays.  Please note there is $125.00 surcharge for working on Sundays and Mexican legal holidays and a $300.00 surcharge for working on Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) those charges are to be included with the reservation or services will not be available on those days.  Villa Bahia offers preparation of two meals a day when using the chef services. Chef services are required for parties of more than 6 persons. Additional staff (2persons) is also required with more than 6 guests.  Pricing upon request.

Reservation Policy – A deposit of 50% is due at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A reservation inquiry will be held for 5 days. If the deposit and signed contract for the said reservations inquiry is not received by that time, the reservation inquiry will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy – If the confirmed reservation is cancelled 45 days before the arrival date, 40% of the total of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Guests – Maximum number of guests, 10. Please note that if more guests arrive than stated in reservation, Villa Bahia reserves the right to deny access to the property. The minimum age for rental of Villa Bahia is 27 years of age unless a minor is accompanied by an adult. NO PETS

Event fees – This fee is effective if you plan to use the villa to host events involving persons beyond the registered guests. You may host 50% of the total number of registered guests without incurring this fee. This includes daytime activities and evening parties of any nature. If you would like to host an event at the villa, please let our on site management team know and they will be happy to assist you and inform you of the fee. Please be aware that written permission must be obtained prior to your arrival date for these types of functions.

Security Deposit – A security deposit of $2000.00 is required at the time of final payment. This security deposit may be used in the event of damage to Villa Bahia. The security deposit will be returned in full 30 days after a complete inspection of the villa and the telephone bill for the rental period.

Recreational vehicles or trailers of any kind will not be permitted to park at the villa. If you drive a rent a car, provisions are not available for the inside parking of your vehicle.

Responsibility – Villa Bahia owner shall NOT be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying Villa Bahia.

Please remember that the country of Mexico is a generally conservative country and local law officials frown heavily on unlawful or ill moral activity. Please be aware that we will not allow activity judged to be illegal or boisterous. We respect the unwritten agreement along the south bay area of quiet time after 12am.
