The rate includes the villa plus the staff, that includes a houseman, a housekeeper, a chef and a night houseman. It also includes the preparation of two meals per day. The cost of food, beverages and gratuities for the staff are not included.
All the shopping is done by the staff on an “at cost” basis, plus a 15% shopping and delivery fee, which allows our staff to visit more stores in order to find the highest quality food and beverages at the best prices. An itemized statement of the bills will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid by cash only.
The Villa is located at the high end south shore of Puerto Vallarta, a neighborhood called Conchas Chinas. It's a 5 minute drive to Zona Romántica and a 7 minute drive to PV's downtown.
